Job Overview
Stallions Technologies seeks experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE consultants to lead and implement innovative business solutions using the latest platform developments. This role involves presales, solution design, client engagement, and team leadership, combining technical, functional, and business analysis skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale D365 CE solutions
- Facilitating design and architecture sessions with clients
- Working with clients to demonstrate how MS Dynamics 365 may be exploited for their commercial advantage
- Defining and documenting complex business requirements and creating technical specifications
- Leading blended teams of technical resources to realize the solution
- Defining the overall solution architecture from a pragmatic standpoint
- Taking a lead role in client project delivery and solution development to help see client engagements through to a commercially successful conclusion
- Leading technical discussions with clients
- Supporting the strategic direction of the practice
Required Skills & Experience
- Must have a minimum of 1 and maximum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Having experience with Driven apps, Power apps, Logic building, Canvas App, Custom workflows, and logic app
- Significant experience leading the implementation of MS D365 (CE) solutions
- Strong design or development experience in enterprise-scale CRM solution
- Strong appreciation for the MS Dynamics solution stack including complementary MS components such as integration, business intelligence, and custom development.
- Degree or relevant qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline
Key Technical Competencies
- Programming languages – C#, VB.net, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript
- Architect/design CRM system, related customization, portals, and reports
- Knowledge of integration best practices
- Experience creating technical specifications documentation
