Job Description
The Senior M365 Support Engineer will be part of a 24/7 English speaking support team and will be responsible for providing expert-level support and administration for Microsoft 365 (M365) services. You will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues, implement best practices, and ensure the optimal performance of M365 environments. You will also manage the intake of cases and some light reporting may be required. You will also need effective communication skills and have a strong grasp of the English language.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven 3 to 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Strong knowledge of customisations and configurations.
- Experience in plugin development.
- Hands-on experience with the Power Platform.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with Power Pages.
- Solid knowledge of the .NET Framework.
- Experience in developing modern-driven apps.
- Familiarity with PCF controls
